United Women in Faith is a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. We work to meet the needs of women, children, and youth around the world. First UMC has a local unit of UWF with two circles. The Hannah circle meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00; the evening circle meets the third Tuesday of each month. There are no meetings June-August. The United Methodist Men meet the 2nd Sunday of each month at 7:30 AM in the Fellowship Hall for breakfast and fellowship. We help out with projects for our church. And we are always looking for new members.

Young At Heart Young at Heart is a group that meets monthly and takes a day trip with lunch or dinner. The church bus is normally used for transportation. All are welcome - the primary age group is 60+ but ALL are welcome. Contact Mary Hall for more information. 336.492.2526
